Dental Practice FAQ Chatbot

I want a conversational assistant that sits on our clinic’s website and handles the questions we answer every day. The bot’s entire focus is on FAQs—specifically outlining the services we provide, explaining our insurance and payment options, and giving visitors our office hours and location without delay.

When a query falls outside that scope or a visitor simply prefers a person, the conversation must hand over smoothly to a staff member. A clear signal to the receptionist dashboard, email, or another channel you recommend is essential so patients never feel abandoned.
