AI Dental Appointment Voice Agent

I want to give every caller to my dental clinic an instant, 24/7 concierge. The AI voice agent you build must let patients schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments over the phone, answer routine questions about our clinic hours and general treatment availability, and fire off automated SMS / email reminders ahead of each visit.

Our practice software was developed in-house, so a completely custom integration is required. I will provide database access and sample endpoints; your job is to make the bot read and write appointments in real time, keeping our staff calendar perfectly in sync.

English support is all that’s needed for launch, but the conversational flow should be structured so additional languages can be slotted in later without rebuilding the core logic.

Deliverables
• Production-ready voice bot hosted on the platform of your choice (Twilio, Amazon Connect, Dialogflow, etc.)
• Custom connector that syncs appointments, cancellations, and reschedules with our clinic-management database and triggers reminder messages
• Configurable FAQ module covering clinic hours, built so new questions can be added from an admin screen
• Deployment guide and a short recorded demo showing end-to-end booking, rescheduling, and cancellation flows

Acceptance Criteria
1. A test call books, moves, and cancels an appointment and each action appears instantly in our system.
2. The agent responds correctly to a “What time do you open on Friday?” query.
3. Reminder messages are sent at the configurable intervals we specify.
