Customer Support Chatbot Development -- 2
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Our team wants to automate first-line customer care with an AI-powered chatbot. The goal is to let visitors ask questions in natural language and receive accurate, friendly answers pulled from our existing FAQ, product manuals, and order-status API. When the bot cannot solve an issue, it should hand the conversation off to a live agent without losing context.
Core expectations
• Natural-language understanding and intent detection that recognises spelling mistakes and informal phrasing.
• Easy-to-update knowledge base so our staff can add or edit answers without touching code.
• Secure integration with our REST order-tracking endpoint for real-time shipping or billing queries.
• Full conversation logs available in a dashboard for training and analytics.
• Deploy first on our website; if the architecture supports it, keeping the code portable to later plug into our mobile app or Facebook Messenger would be ideal.
You are free to choose the stack—Dialogflow CX, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or another proven platform—as long as it supports rich text, quick-reply buttons, and webhooks. Please outline any licensing fees in your proposal.
Deliverables
1. Working chatbot hosted in our cloud account (AWS or GCP, whichever you prefer).
2. Source code and configuration files in Git with clear commit history.
3. Admin guide showing how to update intents, entities, and response templates.
4. One-hour walkthrough call for hand-off and Q&A.
I will supply the knowledge base documents, API documentation, and sample conversation flows as soon as we agree on the framework and timeline.
