Custom MVP AI Chat Runtime Development

I need a developer to build a custom MVP AI chat runtime.

This is not a generic chatbot and not a no-code app-builder project. I need to own the code and be able to keep building on it.

The app should have one main assistant called Jedidiah, with multiple prompt modes/channels that can be activated when needed.

Core MVP features:

- user login
- main AI chat
- multi-channel / mode selector
- editable prompt registry
- saved conversations
- saved correction log
- file/image upload
- PDF upload
- PDF text extraction
- ability to ask questions about uploaded PDFs
- basic evidence labels
- export conversation/session to Markdown
- admin page for managing prompts/modes

Preferred stack:

- Next.js
- React
- TypeScript
- Supabase Auth
- Supabase Postgres
- Supabase Storage
- OpenAI API or swappable AI provider
- GitHub repo owned by me

Important requirements:

- code must be in my GitHub from day one
- database/storage must be in my Supabase account
- no no-code lock-in
- no hidden backend I cannot access
- prompts should not be hard-coded into one giant prompt
- prompts/modes should be editable
- MVP should stay simple and stable before adding extra features

First milestone definition:

I can log in, open chat, select a prompt mode, send a message, get an AI response, save the conversation, log a correction, upload a PDF, ask questions about the PDF, and export the session as Markdown.

Budget target:

$800–$1,500 fixed price for MVP v0.1, depending on proposal and developer quality.

Timeline:

Ideally 2–4 weeks.

I want a stable foundation I can keep feeding with prompts, files, conversations, corrections, and future features.
