I’m ready to stand up a Claude-powered assistant that sits inside my digital-marketing agency and actively helps with project development while streamlining every marketing task that crosses our desks.
The core mandate is simple: automate the busywork so my strategists and creatives can stay focused on high-value thinking. That means the bot must:
• Oversee each project’s status, deadlines and owners, alerting us whenever something stalls or slips.
• Generate or refine marketing assets on demand—copy tweaks, content outlines, quick performance recaps—so routine tasks move forward without manual start-to-finish effort.
• Learn from every interaction and improve its own workflows, ultimately becoming a self-building co-pilot rather than a static script.
Deliverables I expect
• A Claude-based backend (Python, Node, or comparable stack) with clean, well-documented prompt engineering.
• API connections into the tools we already live in (e.g., Slack, Trello/Asana, Meta Ads dashboards) so the assistant can both read data and push updates.
• A simple chat interface—web or Slack is fine—for the team to interact with the bot.
• Walk-through documentation and a short loom/video demo so an in-house dev can extend or fine-tune the system after hand-off.
