Custom AI Chatbot Integration

I’m completing a custom AI chatbot for nidripcentralelectronics.co.uk and need an experienced hand to bring it across the finish line. The goal is a single solution that answers both general inquiries and technical support questions on the site as well as inside our iOS and Android app.

Core requirements
• Embed the chatbot on the website and inside the mobile builds with a consistent UI.
• Train or connect the model so it can confidently handle our two main query groups (general + technical).
• When confidence drops below an agreed threshold, the conversation must be forwarded instantly to me for a human hand-off. I’ll take over through the same chat icon and receive the message on my phone.
• End-to-end testing and a short hand-over so I can update intents or FAQs myself.
