The scope starts with a brief discovery session where you’ll pin down the key use-cases, data sources, and preferred integration points—whether that ends up being my website, a mobile app, or social channels. From there, I expect:
• An NLP-driven dialogue engine that can be trained on my FAQs or any structured data I provide
• A clean, containerised codebase (Python or Node.js preferred) deployable to common cloud services
• Clear instructions or scripts for embedding the bot and a short hand-off video or guide so I can maintain intent files without touching core code
A working demo that handles at least a dozen sample queries, gracefully escalates anything it can’t answer, and logs all interactions for later analysis will be the signal that the project is ready for final hand-over.
