Build 2 Custom AI Assistants: Executive Admin & International Legal Contract Writer (GPT-based)
We are building a next-generation, AI-powered company and need two smart virtual assistants built using GPT or similar AI tools. These agents will be used internally to save time, improve legal quality, and automate repetitive admin work.

We are hiring a developer or AI workflow expert to build:

1. Executive Assistant AI Agent

A virtual executive secretary that helps manage communication, meetings, files, and reminders.

Tasks & Abilities:
• Read emails (Gmail + Outlook), summarize, and suggest draft replies.
• Organize replies into a “ready for review” section. Optionally submit to the legal AI for validation.
• Manage my calendar across Google, Apple, and Outlook based on my availability.
• Remind me of meetings and provide a prep summary (topic, notes, attachments).
• Organize files into folders in Apple iCloud and generate activity-based reports.

User will always approve and send — this agent will not auto-send.

2. International Legal AI Agent

A GPT-powered legal assistant to help draft and review business contracts.

Tasks & Abilities:
• Draft contracts from descriptions (NCNDs, MOUs, Strategic Partnerships, Broker Agreements, etc.).
• Understand legal jurisdictions: Canada, USA, UK (London), Kuwait, Lebanon, Syria, UAE.
• Compare amendments made by others, identify risks or inconsistencies, and suggest improved clauses.
• Propose alternative legal phrasing and outline best course of action based on business goals.
• Store and organize legal documents into folders for easy access (Apple iCloud or secure file system).

This agent will work standalone — no external lawyer will be involved.

Tools We Expect You to Use (or Recommend):
• ChatGPT API (or similar LLM)
• Zapier / Make / Automations
• Google Workspace, Outlook 365, Apple iCloud integrations
• Optional: Notion / Airtable for internal dashboards or file references
• Secure access control and user-friendly interface (even a simple chatbot or dashboard is fine)

• Proven experience building custom GPT-powered assistants
• Strong knowledge of AI automation tools
• Familiarity with Google/Microsoft/Apple ecosystem integrations
• Basic understanding of legal document structures
• Bonus: knowledge of Middle East/Canada/US legal language
