Custom Assistant Bot Developer for Real Estate Business

I am looking for an experienced developer to create a custom assistant bot for my wife's real estate business. The bot should include:
Event Scheduling:
Schedule events on her calendar based on her input.
Use a rating system from 1-5 to prioritize events (1 being not important, 5 being very important, need to do ASAP).
Social Media Management:
Automatically create and schedule social media posts from Monday to Friday on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Conduct extensive research on what content gets the most engagement to drive customers into her CRM.
CRM Management:
Manage her CRM (KVCore) by tracking important dates such as home anniversaries and birthdays.
Scan the CRM for important dates, names, and contact information, and figure out what it needs by relaying queries to my wife.
Time Management:
Conduct research on effective time management practices.
Create a daily schedule and run it by her to maximize efficiency.
User Interaction:
Ask her 5 questions daily about what tasks she needs the bot to handle.
Ask her 5 questions weekly about what she needs to focus on herself.
Marketing:
Continuously learn and apply marketing strategies to improve engagement and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing custom assistant bots.
Experience with social media API integration (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Experience with CRM systems, preferably KVCore.
Strong knowledge of time management practices.
Experience in marketing and engagement strategies.
Strong communication skills to understand and implement our needs.
Deliverables:

Ongoing support for a specified period to fix any issues and make minor adjustments.
