Design & Develop WhatsApp AI Chatbot System with Branch-Based Business Management
Project Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced developer or team to design and develop a full-scale AI-powered WhatsApp Chatbot system for a multi-branch pet care business. The platform must support chatbot automation, multiple branch support, grooming & hospital services, centralized admin dashboard, appointment booking, and third-party integrations (such as Twilio or 360dialog).
The chatbot will act as the primary client communication and appointment scheduling assistant through WhatsApp.
Key Features & Scope of Work:
1. WhatsApp Chatbot Integration:
Build AI/flow-based chatbot that communicates with users on WhatsApp.
Supports service inquiry, appointment booking, branch selection, FAQs.
Third-party WhatsApp API integration (Twilio or 360dialog based on client decision).
Response logic should be editable/expandable for future services.
2. Multi-Branch Management:
Add/Update/Delete branch locations dynamically.
Each branch may have its own pricing, services, and availability.
Admin can assign appointments or queries to specific branches.
3. Grooming & Hospital Services Module:
Modular setup for services under Grooming & Hospital categories.
Admin should be able to add/remove services with price.
Booking form via chatbot for both types of services.
4. Client & Pet Information Capture:
Collect client's name, number, preferred branch.
Store pet details: name, breed, age, medical condition (if any).
Store past appointment records (optional for Phase 2).
5. Appointment Scheduling System:
AI or structured menu-based interaction for selecting:
Branch
Service Type (Grooming / Hospital)
Available Slot / Time / Date
Confirm booking with WhatsApp response.
Notification system for admin and client confirmation.
6. Admin Dashboard:
Admin panel (web-based, responsive).
View/manage bookings, users, and branches.
Approve or reassign appointments manually if needed.
Exportable reports: client list, booking stats, most used services.
Secure login with role-based access (optional).
7. Hosting and Deployment:
Hosting preferred on a VPS or scalable cloud-based setup.
Secure deployment with SSL and proper data protection.
Future-Proofing:
This is Phase 1. The system must be extendable for:
Phase 2: CRM integration, automated pet vaccination reminders, staff login.
Payment integration (Stripe, PayFast, etc.)
Pet records & medical history management.
Technical Notes:
Stack recommendation: Node.js / Python backend (if AI logic), React / Vue for frontend.
Database: Firebase / MongoDB / MySQL.
API: WhatsApp via 360dialog / Twilio / Meta Business (cost-effective).
Git repo and clear documentation must be provided.
Resources Provided by Client:
Branch details (name, location, number).
Services list pending — will be updated during development.
Domain and hosting (optional).
Timeline: Must be completed in 3 working days.
Must include full testing and revisions (if required).
Expectations:
Clear and proactive communication daily.
Must be available for quick meetings during progress.
Freelancer must be experienced in chatbot automation and WhatsApp Business API integration.
Long-term collaboration possible for upcoming phases.
