AI Chat Tool for Home Value Estimates (Web App)

Project Summary

I need a developer to build a small AI chat web app that estimates home values.

The chat will ask a few questions:

address

bedrooms

bathrooms

approximate size

any upgrades

The system will then calculate a value range using a small CSV data file that I will provide (recent local solds), show a confidence level, and finally invite the user to book a call using my provided calendar link.

This is a simple MVP — not a large platform.

Tech Requirements

Front-end: React or plain JavaScript

Back-end: Node.js (Express) or PHP

OpenAI API for the chat responses

CSV-based valuation logic using a basic formula (I’ll provide data)

Mobile friendly

You will deploy it to my shared hosting
