AI Course for North American Realtors

I’m assembling a comprehensive online course that shows real estate agents across the U.S. and Canada how to weave generative-AI into every stage of a listing. The program will live on Skool (my preferred platform, though I’ll consider another LMS if you can justify the switch) and must feel plug-and-play: agents should be able to log in, follow the roadmap, copy the prompts, and act.

What I already know I need
• A complete curriculum map broken into beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks
• Lesson-by-lesson slide decks or screen-share scripts demonstrating:
– Property valuation using AI-driven comparables and pricing models
– Effective staging strategies powered by prompt engineering (image generators, text prompts, etc.)
– Virtual staging walkthroughs that agents can share with buyers in real time
• A growing prompt library: copy-paste-ready text, image, and video prompts tailored to Zillow, Realtor.ca, MLS, Instagram Reels, and email marketing
• Short quizzes or practical exercises after each module to lock in the learning
• A final capstone project where agents run an AI-assisted listing from valuation to virtual open house
• All source files (editable slides, prompt docs, demo videos) so I can update the material as tools evolve

Acceptance criteria
1. Curriculum covers the three core topics above and at least two ancillary uses of AI that naturally extend the workflow (e.g., lead-gen chatbots, contract summarization).
2. Every lesson includes at least one hands-on activity or downloadable resource.
3. Course is uploaded, formatted, and fully functional inside Skool (or the agreed LMS) before sign-off.
4. All prompts are tested live and produce reliable results that a non-technical agent can replicate.
