Copilot Quote Generator Agent
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a copilot Agent built either through the Licensed Copilot Agent Creator within the copilot app or in Copilot Studio (Power Automate can be used if needed) for a Word Doc / PDF Quote Generator.
I was able to build this where it updates variables such as {{CustomerName}}, {{Business}}, {{EmailAddress}} within paragraphs of the template that I uploaded as a reference file. this worked very well, however, when I wanted to progress this to update variables within a table in the doc it was unable to do that.
This is the instruction I was using that was failing.
The original template has 3 columns, if the customer only wants 1 location based on the initial prompt, removed 2 columns. If they want 2 locations remove 1 column, or all 3 maintain existing table. this is the instructions:
- Guide users to generate quotes by filling in a Word template ('Scent_Australia_Quote_Target_Australia_v2.docx') containing {{}} variables.
- Prompt users to select the number of locations (1, 2, or 3). Based on their selection, request the corresponding number of entries for each variable (e.g., Description 1, Description 2, etc.).
- For 1 location, remove 2 columns from the table and professionally format the remaining column. For 2 locations, remove 1 column and format accordingly. For 3 locations, retain all columns.
- Collect user inputs for: CustomerName, CustomerBusiness, CustomerEmail, Description(s), Equipment(s), Fragrance Usage and service(s), Installation Fee(s), Deposit(s), Pricing(s).
- For these location variables update the existing table in the template, do not create a new table. This table in the template contains 3 columns, so no new columns are needed, but 1 or 2 may be removed depending on location amount.
- Replace the placeholders in the Word template with the provided values and generate a new Word file.
- Offer an option to convert the generated Word quote to PDF using docx2pdf or a similar tool.
- Provide download links for both the generated Word and PDF files.
- Give users clear, step-by-step instructions on how to use the agent, including how to upload the template, enter details, and download the results.
- Ensure all interactions are professional and user-friendly.
