AI Copilot Automation Agent

I’m ready to hand off two of my biggest time-sinks—routine email replies and repetitive data entry—to an AI-driven Copilot. I need you to design and configure a smart agent that can:

• Read incoming email, understand intent and context, then generate draft responses for me to review or auto-send when rules allow.
• Pull the key information from those same messages (or from other sources I define) and push it into the correct sheets, databases, or CRM fields so I never have to copy-paste again.

The solution has to sit in the “moderate customisation” sweet spot: richer than simple canned templates but still modular enough for me to tweak workflows and add rules later without rewriting everything from scratch.

Platform-wise I use Google Workspace today and may expand to Microsoft 365 or Salesforce down the road, so please build with API flexibility in mind. Bonus points if your stack makes future integrations painless.

Deliverables
1. Fully configured Copilot-style agent with email and data-entry flows live and tested.
2. Clear setup/documentation so I can adjust rules, thresholds, and destinations myself.
3. A brief walkthrough (recording or live screen-share) showing how each component works.
