Project Overview:
We are looking for an independent AI consultant who can advise, design, and implement a short pilot project. The objective is to validate the ROI and business value of AI agents within our HR and Finance departments.
This will be a 1-week engagement, focused on developing one functional prototype agent with measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assess HR & Finance workflows (e.g., invoice validation, payroll queries, onboarding automation).
Identify one high-impact use case for the pilot.
Draft an AI Agent Specification Document (objectives, workflow, integration points).
Develop a functional AI agent prototype (MVP).
Provide a demo and ROI/value report with recommendations for scaling.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4/5, Claude, Llama, Mistral).
Proficiency in agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, RAG pipelines).
Background in HR/Finance automation (Zoho books.).
Understanding of governance, compliance, data security (GDPR, SOC 2).
Ability to deliver both strategy and implementation.
Deliverables (End of Week)
AI Agent Specification document.
Working prototype (MVP) for one use case.
ROI & business value assessment.
Scaling roadmap for next 2–3 agents.
Engagement Details
Duration: 1 week (~40 hours).
Contract: Fixed price or hourly.
Location: Remote.
