I have an AI-driven cold-outreach agent already in place, but it needs sharper messaging, a tighter technical setup, and a proper hand-off into our CRM. The market we serve is strictly B2B, so every tweak must resonate with decision-makers rather than consumers.

Here is what I need from you:

• Scripting and responses – Refine the conversation flow, objection handling, and follow-up prompts so the agent sounds natural, persuasive, and fully aligned with our value proposition.

• ElevenLabs voice configuration – You must already know your way around ElevenLabs. I’ll provide the current voice profile; you optimise tone, pronunciation, and emotion settings, then test until the calls feel genuinely human.

• CRM integration – Map lead data, call summaries, and key intent signals into our CRM. I’ll outline the objects and fields; you wire everything up through the available API or middleware and prove data is landing exactly where it should.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Sample calls generated by the agent are indistinguishable from a real SDR in tone and clarity.
2. All lead records created by the agent flow into the CRM in real time, with no data loss.
3. A concise hand-over document shows the updated scripts, ElevenLabs settings, and integration steps so my in-house team can maintain the setup.
