Commercial Refrigeration WhatsApp AI Receptionist
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m rolling out a WhatsApp-based AI receptionist to handle every first touch for our commercial refrigeration business. The assistant must greet prospects the moment their message lands, give accurate product details on glass-front merchandisers, walk-in coolers, and industrial freezers, then guide the conversation toward a booked appointment—all without human intervention until a qualified lead is ready.
Scope of work
• Build or configure the chatbot on WhatsApp (Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, or a comparable platform is fine).
• Craft dialogue flows that:
– Answer common questions about sizes, temperature ranges, energy ratings, delivery times, and warranty.
– Qualify leads by budget, timeline, and required capacity.
– Offer available service windows pulled from Google Calendar or a similar tool and confirm the booking directly in that calendar.
• Set up fallback logic so complex queries escalate smoothly to a live rep.
• Provide a quick-start guide or short Loom video so my team can tweak answers later.
Acceptance criteria
1. Response time under two seconds in a live test.
2. At least three complete demo conversations—one each for glass fronts, walk-ins, and freezers—showing successful qualification and calendar booking.
3. Handover to live support triggers correctly when the bot receives an unknown question.
