E-Commerce Chatbot Enhancements
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are looking for an experienced AI/Chatbot Developer to improve the quality and performance of our existing chatbot on our e-commerce site. The chatbot is intended to assist customers with product recommendations, order tracking, and general inquiries.
The main goals of this project are:
• Enhance chatbot accuracy in understanding customer queries.
• Improve natural language responses for a smoother conversation flow.
• Add or refine product recommendation features based on customer needs.
• Ensure multi-turn conversations are handled properly.
• Integrate error handling for misunderstood queries (fallback responses).
• (Optional) Connect with APIs for order tracking, inventory, and payments.
Requirements:
• Strong background in AI/NLP and chatbot development.
• Experience with frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar.
• Familiarity with Python and REST API integration.
• Experience in e-commerce solutions is a big plus (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom platforms).
• Ability to test and optimize chatbot performance for real-world scenarios.
Deliverables:
• Improved chatbot that provides more accurate and human-like interactions.
• Documentation of updates and how to maintain/train the chatbot further.
• Suggestions for continuous improvement.
