B2B Cold Outreach Specialist Required

Project: B2B Cold Email Outreach & Lead Generation (Performance-Based)
I am looking for an experienced B2B cold email specialist to run outbound email campaigns and generate high-quality positive replies (“warm leads”) from my target prospects.
What I Need
Fluent English speaker / good communicator
Someone who already uses AI-powered outreach tools (e.g., Instantly.ai, Smartlead, lemlist, Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT automation, etc.)
Full management of cold email outreach, including:
Writing & optimising email sequences
Personalisation (AI tools allowed/encouraged)
Managing follow-ups
Monitoring deliverability
Ensuring inboxes stay healthy
A “positive reply” means anything other than a rejection — e.g.
“Can you send pricing?”
“Tell me more”
“We might be interested”
“We’re reviewing suppliers — follow up with X person”
How You’ll Be Paid
This is a performance-based project:
You will be paid £10 GBP per qualified positive reply (or USD equivalent).
No earnings cap — the more quality replies you generate, the more you earn. e.g. 50 replies per month = £500. 200 replies per month = £2,000. No limit.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience running cold email campaigns
Comfortable using AI tools to build lists, personalise messages, and automate outreach
Can deliver consistent weekly activity and reporting
Experience with B2B, SaaS, tech, or professional services is a plus
What You Provide
Access to your outreach tools (or guidance on tools you prefer)
Weekly reporting of replies, leads generated, and campaign performance
Ability to scale results over time
