AI Cold-Calling Automation Expert Needed (Make + VAPI)

Title: Make.com + Vapi Expert Needed (AI Cold Calling Workflow Setup)
Description:
I’m looking for an experienced Make.com (Integromat) automation specialist with Vapi (AI voice agent) experience to help complete and debug a workflow for an AI cold-calling system. The candidate must be willing to record their work so that we can learn how to complete this process.
Note: chosen freelancer will be used for other AI-agent type workflows going forwards, particularly using Make + VAPI.
Objective:
Build a fully working automation where:
1. Part of Scenario 1 in MAKE: Leads are pulled from Google Sheets – already configured in our current workflow
2. Part of Scenario 1 in MAKE: An AI voice agent (via Vapi + Twilio) makes outbound cold calls– already configured in our current workflow
3. Part of Scenario 2 in MAKE: Call data (name, email, outcomes) is captured via webhook – here we are facing problems, as structured output is not showing in MAKE
4. Part of Scenario 2 in MAKE: Google Sheets is updated with results (e.g. called status, email, first name, success)

Current Setup (Partially Complete):
• Twilio numbers configured (UK mobile + local)
• Vapi assistant set up (cold-calling agent “Amara”)
• Structured outputs configured (firstName, email)
• Make Scenario 1: Trigger calls from Google Sheets = WORKS FINE
• Make Scenario 2: Webhook + Google Sheets update = NEEDS FIXING

What I Need Help With:
• Debug webhook timing/data capture issues in Make
• Ensure Vapi structured outputs are correctly passed to Make
• Fix Google Sheets “Search + Update Row” flow using phone number as unique ID
• Ensure reliable end-to-end workflow (no data loss)
• Optional: Improve structure/efficiency of the automation

• Strong experience with Make.com
• Experience with Vapi (or similar voice AI tools)
• Understanding of webhooks, JSON, APIs
• Experience with Twilio is a bonus
