Claude-Powered Instagram Automation

I want to take my Instagram marketing from mostly manual to almost hands-free. The plan is to tap Claude’s API for both ideation and copywriting, then push the finished assets straight to Instagram without me touching the Meta Business Suite each day.

Here’s what I need you to build:

• Code (Python or Node is fine) that sends my brief prompts to Claude, receives polished captions, hook ideas, hashtag sets, and suggested visual concepts.
• An automation layer that pairs those outputs with images or short videos I drop in a folder, then schedules them to Instagram as Posts, Stories, and Reels through the Graph API.
• A simple calendar or CSV input so I can load a week or month of content at once.
• Clear, inline comments plus a README that covers setup, token handling, and how to tweak style rules.
• A quick Loom or similar walkthrough so I can see the workflow end to end.

Acceptance criteria
1. Running one command should generate content with Claude and queue it on Instagram for the chosen time slot.
2. Captions meet Instagram character limits and include the Claude-generated hashtags.
3. Stories and Reels publish successfully with correct aspect ratios and metadata.
4. No hard-coded keys; environment variables only.
