Classroom AI Agent Development
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want to bring an AI assistant into my class that can hold text-based conversations with students, deliver fresh assignments on demand, and even mark their work. The core functions are already clear in my head: it must answer student questions accurately, generate appropriate tasks or exercises for different topics, and return grades with basic feedback. A simple chat or console interface is enough—voice or elaborate GUIs are unnecessary at this stage.
You may pick whichever programming language and frameworks you feel will get us to a reliable, maintainable solution fastest; Python is an obvious choice, but I’m open to Java, C++, or anything else that makes sense. What matters is that the finished agent can be embedded in, or called from, the learning platform I already have (it’s a standard web app), and that I receive well-commented source code plus brief setup instructions so I can test it locally before we move to production.
Please propose a straightforward architecture, outline any external models or APIs you plan to use, and estimate how long you’ll need for a first working version focused on the three core features above.
