AI Chatbot for Telegram Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to automate the way we respond to product-related questions online, starting with Telegram, then extending the same brainpower to Instagram, X, Facebook and our website once the core flow is solid. The goal is a conversational AI that can instantly recognise and answer any inquiry about our products—specifications, pricing, compatibility, availability, upsells—without human delay, while handing off to a live agent only when it truly must.
Key things I need from you: a well-trained NLP model (OpenAI, Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress—whichever you’re most comfortable with) connected to Telegram via an efficient webhook or Bot API implementation; a simple dashboard where my team can update FAQs and review conversation logs; and seamless escalation rules so a human can jump in through the same chat thread if the bot flags uncertainty above a confidence threshold.
I will supply brand voice guidelines, an initial FAQ and product catalogue in CSV or JSON. You’ll take care of intent mapping, entity extraction, fallback logic and deployment to my server (Python or Node.js are both fine). Once Telegram is live and stable, we’ll mirror the same logic to our other social channels, so please architect it modularly.
Deliverable acceptance:
• Bot answers at least 90 % of scripted product questions correctly in our user test set
• Fallback and human-escalation flow proven in real-time demo
• Admin panel lets us edit answers without touching code
