AI Chatbot Setup & Closing

I run a growing AI solutions agency that sells bespoke receptionist-style chatbots and other conversational tools. Demand is outpacing my bandwidth, so I’m looking for two complementary skill sets in one reliable partner:

1) Technical setup
You’ll take a client’s brief, build the chatbot, then deploy it on the client’s website and chosen social media channels. Each bot must plug cleanly into the client’s CRM and any existing customer-support software. Most customers haven’t committed to a platform yet, so I’ll lean on your advice—whether that’s Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk, Intercom or another stack. Clean documentation, error-free hand-over and a short Loom walk-through are expected for every install.

2) Deal closing
Leads are warm; they’ve already asked for a demo. After you’ve scoped requirements with me, you’ll jump on Zoom, present the tailored solution, handle objections, and secure the signature. I pay promptly per closed deal.

Core deliverables
• Fully functional AI receptionist chatbot live on website + social profiles
• Working integrations with the client’s CRM and support tool of choice
• Signed service agreement or payment confirmation from the client you closed
• Brief video overview and integration notes
