AI Chatbot Issue Fixes & Enhancements for Patient Pharmacy System

We are looking for an experienced developer to review and improve an existing AI-powered chatbot used in a patient pharmacy system. The chatbot is already built; this project focuses on fixing issues, improving response accuracy, and refining the user experience, not developing a new chatbot from scratch.
Scope of Work
Diagnose and fix existing chatbot issues
Improve accuracy of pharmacy-related responses (medications, refills, hours, etc.)
Refine conversation flow and escalation to human support
Review and improve integrations with existing systems (if applicable)
Ensure secure handling of patient data and compliance with privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, where applicable)
Requirements
Experience enhancing or troubleshooting AI chatbots
Familiarity with NLP frameworks, LLMs, or AI APIs
Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus
Strong documentation and communication skills
