Role Overview:
WeCredit is looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to build a full-fledged
Agentic AI chatbot for our internal LMS. This bot will support voice, text, and
omnichannel interactions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to create dynamic,
contextual learning journeys for users in the lending ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build an LLM-powered chatbot that mimics agentic behavior (reasoning,
decision-making, acting).
• Enable multi-modal communication: voice, text, and integration across channels.
• Create intelligent conversation flows that align with lending workflows and
compliance training.
• Collaborate with product, content, and learning teams to ensure effective AI-assisted
education.
• Focus on end-to-end creation and training of the bot; deployment managed by other
teams.
What You’ll Bring:
• 3–6 years of experience in AI, chatbot, or NLP development.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of LLMs and frameworks like Rasa, LangChain, or
custom stacks.
