ChatGPT Retail Discovery Integration

I own a few businesses retail store online and want customers to stumble upon us naturally when they ask ChatGPT where to shop or what to buy. My main objective is simple: be discoverable inside the chat. To make that happen I need accurate product recommendations and descriptions to surface, along with our exact location and services we provide
Here’s what I expect at the end of the project:
• A clean, well-structured data file (JSON, YAML, or another format you recommend) that houses our product catalogue so ChatGPT can pull item names, key features, and pricing accurately.
• Prompts, embeddings, plugin setup—or whatever method you judge best—that reliably returns my store’s details when a user asks related questions.
• A brief step-by-step guide showing me how to refresh inventory or change hours without breaking the integration.
Acceptance test: using a neutral ChatGPT account, three sample queries such as “Where can I buy __ locally?” should list my store and display correct hours, address, and at least one relevant product recommendation.
I can provide the raw product list, images, and contact info immediately, and I’m open to any technical route—OpenAI fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or a lightweight plugin—as long as the path is clearly explained and repeatable on my end.
