AI Chat Support Agent

I’m ready to add an intelligent conversational layer to my website’s live-chat so visitors can book appointments without waiting for a human operator. The agent must greet users naturally, understand a wide range of phrasing around scheduling, collect the needed details (time, service, contact information), confirm availability against my calendar and record the booking.

Beyond the core flow, it should keep the tone friendly, handle small-talk gracefully, and hand off to a human if it can’t complete a request. I’ll need help training the model with sample dialogues, integrating it into my existing chat widget, and testing it end-to-end before we go live.
