Build & Train AI Chatbot for Car Shipping Website (Data-Fed & Self-Updating)
Budget: $150 – $400 USD
We’re looking for an experienced AI developer or team to build a smart, data-trained chatbot for our auto logistics website. However, this might require to be integrated on different social platforms as well. The chatbot should be able to handle real client queries based on structured data, documents, and internal processes we provide.
Scope of Work:
• Develop a web-based AI chatbot (preferably GPT-powered or similar)
• Train it using our internal documentation, including:
• Rate sheets (air, sea, land)
• Customs procedures
• Country-specific shipping rules and restrictions
• Terms & conditions, insurance details, and FAQs
• Chatbot should return context-aware answers based on updated content
• Should support:
• Retrieval of relevant service data (like rates, modes of transport, delivery time)
• Integration with Laravel-based website (or as a JS widget)
• Easy backend for updates or retraining
• Bonus if you can integrate WhatsApp or Messenger as secondary channels
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in building and training AI chatbots
• Must be able to work with structured and unstructured data
• Familiarity with embedding AI bots on Laravel sites or similar
• Willing to offer documentation and light training for our team
