Build NEXA SaaS Chatbot Platform
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
NEXA is my next SaaS venture: an Arabic-first, AI-driven customer-support automation platform that rivals ManyChat. I already have a clear feature map and a preferred tech stack; now I need a full-service team (or tightly knit group of specialists) to transform the vision into a market-ready MVP.
Scope of the initial release
• Bilingual, modern-and-clean UI/UX for web (React + TailwindCSS).
• Drag-and-drop flow builder with blocks such as Message, Delay and AI Reply.
• Unified Inbox pulling Facebook and Instagram conversations through the Meta API.
• AI Reply engine connected to OpenAI or any api ai
• Role-based dashboard with admin and agent views, plus high-level analytics.
• Companion mobile app (Flutter or React Native) limited to the Inbox so admins and agents can respond on the go.

What I need from you
• A realistic timeline and phased cost to reach the MVP.
• Links or live demos of comparable SaaS or chatbot work you have shipped (past work is the first filter for selection).
• A brief outline of how you would structure the project, including major milestones and any third-party services you foresee integrating.
After we ship the MVP, I intend to retain the same team for iterative feature releases, so think of this as the start of a longer collaboration. If your portfolio shows solid experience with chat automations, Meta APIs, and OpenAI integration, I’m eager to review it and discuss next steps.
