Build a GPT-4 AI Chatbot or LangChain Automation System

I'm looking for an experienced AI developer or team to build a tailored AI solution for my business using tools like OpenAI GPT-4, LangChain, Whisper AI, and Zapier/Make for workflow automation.

Key Requirements:
- GPT-based knowledge base chatbot
- LangChain or RAG-powered Q&A bot for internal documents
- Whisper AI tool for voice-based customer support
