Build Five9 AI Virtual Assistant

I need an engineer who is equally comfortable inside the Five9 AI tool-set and the telephony layer beneath it to create a virtual assistant that never sleeps. The assistant must pick up after business hours, speak and text naturally with new callers, gather the information we use to qualify each prospect, then push everything straight into our GoHighLevel CRM without human help.

Responsibilities:

Build AI call flows and decision trees in Five9

Train AI to ask qualification questions for extended auto warranty leads

Integrate lead info, call transcripts, and scores into GoHighLevel CRM

Implement lead scoring logic (High/Medium/Low) for agent follow-up

Set up FAQ responses and escalation rules to human agents

Test AI voice for natural, professional tone and conversational flow

Requirements:

Proven experience with Five9 AI / IVR / telephony systems

Knowledge of call flow scripting, AI voice training, and CRM integration

Ability to create decision trees and lead scoring systems

Experience in insurance, finance, or auto warranty call handling preferred

Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

Deliverables / Milestones:

Develop a prototype AI call flow with basic FAQs

Integrate AI with GoHighLevel CRM for lead capture

Implement lead scoring & escalation to human agents

Test AI voice for natural, human-like conversation

Contract Type: Freelance / Project-Based / Possible Full-Time
