Build AI Chatbot Agency Team
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m launching a new agency that will specialise in AI-driven marketing solutions, with an immediate focus on chatbots and automated customer service for social media channels. To hit the ground running, I need support setting up the core team, workflows and technical groundwork that will let us deliver high-quality social media bots to clients from day one.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Guidance on the key roles we must fill (e.g., conversational AI engineer, NLP data scientist, social media integration specialist, UX writer) and a concrete hiring roadmap.
• Help defining our development pipeline: selecting frameworks, hosting, version control, and best-practice QA for chatbot projects.
• A starter knowledge base—templates, coding standards and onboarding material—so new hires can contribute smoothly.
• If possible, a simple proof-of-concept social media chatbot to demonstrate our approach to prospective clients.
You should have hands-on experience building or managing AI customer-service bots on popular social platforms, understand the latest NLP tools (Dialogflow, Rasa, GPT-based APIs or similar), and be comfortable translating that knowledge into clear processes a small team can follow.
Acceptance criteria
1. Written team structure and hiring plan delivered in an editable document.
2. Documented tech stack recommendations with reasoning.
3. Onboarding starter kit (standards, templates, style guide).
4. Optional: functioning chatbot demo connected to at least one social media platform.
If you’re excited to shape a brand-new AI agency from the ground up, let’s discuss how we can collaborate.
