Build AI Automation Agency
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to turn a long-standing idea into a real AI-automation agency and I’d like to do it with someone who enjoys shaping a business from the ground up just as much as writing great code or closing sales.
What I already know:
• The agency will concentrate on customer-service automation as our first pillar—think smart chatbots, ticket triage, self-service flows, and related machine-learning add-ons.
• I’m open to serving any business category; if you can open doors in healthcare, finance, retail, or another niche, let’s explore it.
• Revenue will be split: you’ll receive agreed-upon project fees plus a share of net profits once the agency is cash-flow positive.
Where I need you:
• Refine the service offer and price points.
• Build the actual automation assets (Python, Node, RPA tools, GPT-powered chat flows—use what you know best).
• Help craft sales material, proposals, and our first outreach sequence.
• Jump on early client calls so we can convert prospects together.
Acceptance criteria for our first sprint (4–6 weeks):
1. A clear service catalogue with at least one demo chatbot running on a sandbox site.
2. A lean outbound campaign (copy, targets, and CRM setup) ready to launch.
3. Signed contract or paid pilot from at least one client.
If a mix of technical execution and entrepreneurial hustle excites you, let’s talk and map out the next steps.
