’ve connected BotCommerce to my WordPress-based store, linked the Meta account and started the WhatsApp Cloud API, but the project is still only half-finished. My highest priority right now is robust AI chatbot training so the assistant can answer product questions naturally, guide shoppers through categories, and trigger automated order-tracking updates.
Here’s where I need your help:
• Finish the full BotCommerce configuration, including catalog and product flows, FAQ and ice-breaker content, and a branded WebChat widget that blends seamlessly with the RKG Trends theme.
• Fine-tune the AI: craft and upload training data, map intents to the right replies, and keep the tone consistent with our brand voice.
