Bilingual AI Construction Assistant Integration
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a conversational AI that answers incoming calls for my construction company in both English and Spanish. Using an existing large-language-model API such as ChatGPT, the assistant should learn our services, pricing ranges, service areas, and typical project timelines so it can:
• Respond naturally to common customer questions (materials, turnaround times, permit handling, etc.).
• Capture qualified lead information—name, phone, email, project type, ZIP code—and push it to our CRM.
• Offer available slots from my calendar and book confirmed appointments.
Please incorporate a reliable voice platform (Twilio, Vonage, or similar) so callers dial a normal number and speak with the bot hands-free. Call recordings and full transcripts must be stored for review, and the lead/appointment data should sync automatically.
Deliverable is a working proof-of-concept deployed to my chosen cloud account with clear setup documentation. I will consider the project complete once test calls show the assistant can:
1. Answer five preset FAQs correctly in each language.
2. Save lead details to the CRM without errors.
3. Book an appointment and send both SMS and email confirmations.
