AI Avatar Career Coach Integration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to embed two voice-led, avatar-based AI assistants inside my HighLevel workspace so I can spend less time on routine tasks and more time coaching.
Assistant #1 – Student Success Coach
This agent must listen to spoken questions and reply in a friendly, conversational tone that matches my own voice and mannerisms. It will pull answers from the transcripts of my existing video lessons, review uploaded résumés against my rubric, run full mock interviews, record them, then audit performance and deliver voice feedback. Everything should happen through an on-screen avatar with synchronized audio—no text chat.
Assistant #2 – Lead Nurture Agent
Focused on client acquisition, this assistant will call new leads, warm them up, and follow up automatically. All activity (call recordings, notes, status updates) needs to flow straight into HighLevel CRM and trigger my existing pipelines.
Please plan to connect with:
• HighLevel API for user authentication, course access and CRM updates
• A reliable speech-to-text engine (e.g., Whisper) for transcribing student input and interview recordings
• High-quality TTS / voice-cloning (PlayHT, ElevenLabs or similar) to recreate my style
• Vector search over video transcripts so answers stay laser-focused on my material
• Twilio or comparable service for outbound/return calls
Deliverables I must see before sign-off:
1. Fully deployed assistants accessible to users inside my HighLevel portal (desktop & mobile).
2. Résumé review module that produces voice feedback aligned with my guidelines.
3. Mock-interview workflow that scores performance and returns improvement tips.
4. Lead-nurture workflow that places calls, logs results and schedules follow-ups automatically.
5. Technical documentation plus a quick-start video for my team.
Acceptance test: A student asks any course-related question and receives an accurate, on-brand spoken answer within three seconds; a résumé upload returns at least three actionable suggestions; a fresh lead is dialed, greeted by the avatar, and the interaction is logged in HighLevel without manual input.
