Autonomous WhatsApp AI Sales Agent
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a developer who can turn my WhatsApp Business number into a fully autonomous AI sales assistant. The bot must:
• Greet customers automatically, recognise whether they need product information, an order-status update, or general support, and answer accordingly.
• Offer basic, one-size-fits-all product recommendations after each relevant interaction.
• Keep the entire flow inside WhatsApp using the official Business API (Twilio, Meta Cloud API, or another compliant gateway) and an LLM-powered NLP layer such as Dialogflow, GPT, or Rasa.
• Log every conversation and flag anything it can’t answer so I can step in.
Deliverables I need to receive:
1. A cloud-hosted, production-ready bot connected to my verified WhatsApp line.
2. Clear instructions or a small web dashboard that lets me update product details and canned replies without code changes.
3. A short test report proving the agent answers the three inquiry types correctly and pushes the standard recommendation at the right moment.
