AI Automation for Invoice Processing

I need to streamline a key operational area—accounting—by introducing an AI-driven workflow that automatically receives, reads, validates and posts incoming invoices. My present method is manual, slow and error-prone; I want the new system to handle the full “Procesamiento de facturas” chain while remaining fully auditable.

Scope
• Focus on operational processes (“Procesos operativos”) with accounting as the core domain.
• Priority task: invoice data capture from PDF/email, duplicate check, tax/PO validation and direct posting to my ERP.
• The solution should learn from historical entries so accuracy improves over time and outlier invoices are flagged.
