AI Automation for Floor Coating

I’m building a complete, voice-enabled automation system for a local floor-coating contractor and need someone who can take it from concept to production. The very first workflow we must nail is customer appointment scheduling: prospects should be able to book, reschedule, or cancel on their own, while my client’s calendar stays perfectly in sync.
Key scheduling features I expect live by the first milestone:
• Automated reminders (SMS, email, or voice)
• Online booking that can be embedded in the existing site
• Two-way integration with Google Calendar—and other major calendars if it’s straightforward
On the voice side I want to tap VAPI (or a comparable voice AI) so incoming calls are answered conversationally, common questions are resolved without staff intervention, and outbound voice reminders go out automatically a few days before each job.
Beyond that, you should be able to create agents that can pass data seamlessly between to the CRM and feed finished jobs into the accounting platform so invoices and payment links are generated without human input, also would like to have a financial agent, that would look at the financials of each job, analyse is, and determine whats working and whats not, also looking at the full monthly statements to determine the inflows and outflows. I’m open on specific stacks as long as the solution is reliable, transparent, and easy for non-technical staff to tweak later.
