About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AI and Automation Specialist who can help us implement cutting-edge AI solutions across our business. Key Responsibilities

Integrate GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs where appropriate.
Fine-tune prompts and optimize chatbot performance.
Website & System Integrations
Integrate chatbots into company websites and landing pages.
Connect websites with CRM, ERP, marketing tools, and customer databases.
Implement lead capture, lead routing, and automated follow-up workflows.
Create API integrations between various software platforms.
WhatsApp Automation
Set up WhatsApp Business API solutions.
Develop automated customer engagement and lead nurturing journeys.
Create chatbot-driven product inquiry and support systems.
Design automated campaign workflows for marketing and customer retention.
Integrate WhatsApp with CRM and sales pipelines.
Sales & Marketing Automation
Build automated lead generation and nurturing funnels.
Set up email marketing automation.
Implement AI-driven customer segmentation and targeting.
Create sales workflow automations.
Design AI-powered outbound and inbound marketing systems.
Explore and implement latest AI-based growth and sales automation tools.
Analytics & Reporting
Track chatbot performance, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
Create dashboards and reporting systems.
