I’d like to replace the manual job-booking process on propertymediasolutions.com.au with a lightweight AI system that can:
• Guide visitors through booking and scheduling a job
• Automatically invoice those jobs and log each one in a simple database (monday.com)
• Handle basic customer support, FAQs, and service-recommendation queries
A basic, working prototype is enough for this first round. I’m open to the platform you prefer—Dialogflow, GPT-powered widgets, ManyChat, or another low-overhead option—so long as it can be embedded smoothly into my existing site and keeps operating costs under control.
