I’m building a web application that turns every RingCentral outbound call recording into a personalised coaching report for my sales development representatives.
After each call, the rep will drop the RingCentral recording into the web app. The system must:
• Transcribe the audio automatically using the fireflies API
• Run the Harasty Consulting SDR Coaching Framework; the exact ChatGPT prompts are already written and will be provided against the text only (Stage 1).
• Generate a downloadable report from the output of ChatGPT
