Automate Appointment Booking & Qualification
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have too many incoming enquiries to keep qualifying each lead and slotting them into my calendar by hand, so I want an end-to-end AI automation that takes a prospect from first contact right through to a confirmed appointment.
Here’s the flow I picture:
1. A prospect submits a web form or replies to a social DM.
2. An AI layer asks a short set of qualifying questions, scores the answers, and decides whether the person fits my criteria.
3. Qualified leads are shown my real-time calendar, pick a slot, and receive confirmation plus reminders. Unqualified leads are thanked and redirected.
4. All conversations, scores, and bookings should be logged in my CRM, and I need a simple dashboard to tweak the questions or scoring rules.
Feel free to use the stack you’re most productive with—Zapier, Make, n8n, custom Python, a fine-tuned GPT endpoint, Calendly, Google Calendar, HubSpot, or similar—as long as the result is reliable, fully automated, and easy for me to edit later.

• Only qualified contacts can reach the booking page.
• Bookings appear instantly in my Google Calendar and CRM, with name, email, phone, score, and source.
• I can adjust questions, weighting, and thresholds without touching code.
• The system runs 24/7, error-free, for at least one week during hand-over.
