AI-Assisted Wordpress Web Developer
Budget: €36 – €0 EUR
A classic WordPress web dev role at its core: full-stack build, performance, QA, and tracking on our corporate site with a custom Wordpress Gutenberg template. The twist is scale, we want the person to turn page creation into a fast, repeatable AI-assisted pipeline (LLM + WP-CLI), not just build one-off pages. Scoped as a freelance execution arm: direction stays in-house, they ship fast, bring judgment on the build, and act as technical SEO/GEO backstop.
1. AI-assisted page building (core focus)
Turn brief → wireframe → design → live page fast, using our AI build process (LLM + WordPress / WP-CLI, in-CMS generation, reusable prompts and components).
Build and extend page templates, product pages, and interactive tools (calculators, notification sliders, demo modules) so they're reusable, not one-offs.
Treat the AI workflow itself as a deliverable: repeatable prompts, a component library, a documented content→page pipeline others can run.
2. Build, QA, performance, maintenance
Develop, customize, and maintain the WordPress site, frontend and backend.
Own Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile responsiveness, cross-browser QA. Catch the small things (consistent button naming, broken states) before they ship.
Manage hosting (Kinsta), staging, backups, security updates; keep integrations (HubSpot, GA4/GTM, ABM tools) healthy.
3. Technical SEO / GEO (the backstop role)
Implement schema markup, structured data, llms.txt, hreflang, crawlability, site structure.
Ship the technical fixes the SEO/GEO Lead specs — you're their implementer so their roadmap doesn't stall on dev.
Keep the site technically ready to be cited by AI search (ChatGPT Claude Perplexity Gemini), not just ranked.
4. Conversion tracking & experiments
Implement and maintain the tracking setup (GA4 GTM) so CVR is measurable.
Build and ship A/B / experiment variations cleanly (no interfering tests), wired to the metrics.
Support the CVR dashboard / reporting view build where dev is needed.
Preference: Remote work is acceptable with occasional on-site visits to Munich.
