What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Heygen (AI video avatars), Restb (property image AI), ChatGPT and Claude (content, scripts, property descriptions), Canva/Photoshop AI tools (thumbnails, edits), and AI video/photo editing tools.
Strong knowledge of real estate marketing, including listings, YouTube, social media, and email campaigns.
Ability to train and teach — not just deliver prompts, but show realtors how to use these tools step by step.
Excellent communication skills with clear and simple explanations.
Deliverables
Training modules (written or video) covering:
Auto content creation for blogs and social posts
YouTube content writing and description optimization
YouTube thumbnail creation using AI tools
Property descriptions and email campaigns with AI
Heygen for video scripts and property walkthroughs
Restb for photo staging and enhancements
AI tools for video/photo editing
A resource hub (Notion, Google Docs, etc.) where realtors can access:
Ready-to-use prompts
A prompt library (100+ categorized prompts for realtors)
Saved ChatGPT prompt collections for quick access
Training guides
Tool recommendations and links
Optional short tutorial videos (Loom, Heygen, or screen recordings) for visual learners.
