AI Assistant for Multi-Business Management

Title: AI/LLM Assistant — Set Up, Manage & Administer Claude, ChatGPT & Perplexity Workflows
Description:
I'm a Florida-based entrepreneur running several businesses and looking for a skilled, reliable assistant to help me build and run AI-powered operations across all of them. This is a long-term, ongoing role for the right person — not a one-off gig.
What you'll do (in three phases):
Phase 1 — Setup: Configure and optimize my accounts and tools across Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. This includes organizing projects, custom instructions, knowledge bases, and any relevant integrations or connectors.
Phase 2 — Workflow & Project Buildout: Work with me to design repeatable AI workflows for my businesses — document drafting, research, analysis, templates, marketing content, and internal processes. You'll help translate how I work today into structured AI-assisted systems that can flex across different ventures.
Phase 3 — Ongoing Administration: Once everything is running, stay on to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the setup — keeping tools current as new features roll out, managing prompts and templates, and helping me get consistent results across each business.
Required skills:
Hands-on, demonstrable experience with Claude (Projects, artifacts, API a plus), ChatGPT (custom GPTs, memory, plugins), and Perplexity
Prompt engineering and workflow design
Strong written English and clear communication
Organized, self-directed, and responsive
Nice to have:
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or light scripting
Experience supporting executives or business owners with multiple ventures
Familiarity with Claude Code or API integrations
