I need an AI-driven receptionist, built with make.com and vapi.ai, that answers every inbound call and guides the caller through a simple, fully automated booking-scheduling flow that cancels and reschedule. The voice assistant must understand and respond fluently in English, confirm available times, and post the final booking to Client’s outlook calendar, SMS Text, Email, Spreadsheet without human intervention.
I already have the system prompt and everything just need the backend automated.
