AI Appointment Chatbot for Dentist
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m looking to integrate an AI-driven live-chat assistant into a dental practice website. The agent must do three things smoothly:
1. Reply instantly to patients’ common queries about general dental care, accepted insurance and payment options, plus our office hours and location.
2. Guide new or existing patients through booking an appointment in real time, showing only the current open slots pulled from our scheduling system.
3. Let patients reschedule or cancel the same way—still inside the live chat—while respecting availability rules and preventing double-bookings.
I’m happy with either Python or TypeScript for the core logic; use whatever fits best with your preferred NLP stack (e.g., LangChain, Rasa, or a custom transformer model). The finished chatbot should embed neatly on our website, maintain context across the conversation, and push confirmed appointments back to our calendar via API.
Deliverables
• Clean, well-documented source code (Python or TypeScript)
• Integration instructions and a brief README
• A small test dataset or demo account so we can run acceptance tests
• Short hand-off call or video walkthrough once everything is live
