AI Appointment Automation for Pest Control

I run a pest-control company and want to take the constant back-and-forth out of booking jobs. The goal is an AI-driven phone system that answers our service number, books new jobs in real time, and keeps every visit on track without human intervention.

Here is what I need the system to handle:

• Automated scheduling – when a customer rings our dedicated line, the AI should offer available slots pulled from a shared calendar, confirm the booking, and save it instantly.
• Reminder notifications – once scheduled, the customer (and our technician) must receive SMS or voice reminders 24 h and 2 h before the visit.
• Appointment tracking – I want a dashboard that shows upcoming, completed, and rescheduled jobs so staff can glance at the day’s workload.

Telephone booking is non-negotiable; customers are used to calling us, so please focus your solution on voice technologies such as Twilio, Dialogflow, Amazon Connect, or any comparable stack you prefer. A simple web admin panel (or direct sync with Google Calendar/Outlook) is enough on the back end; I am not asking for a customer-facing app or form at this stage.

For hand-off I will consider the project complete once:

1. I can dial the number, walk through a booking conversation, and see the appointment appear in the calendar.
2. Both reminder messages trigger on schedule.
3. The tracking view updates accurately when we mark a job finished or reschedule it.
